Purpose

(1) This obsoletes IRM 11.3.20, Disclosure of Official Information, Personnel Records.

Material Changes

(1) The material relating to Disclosure of Official Information, Personnel Records, previously contained in IRM 11.3.20, is incorporated into the new IRM 10.5.6.8, Privacy and Information Protection, Privacy Act, Personnel Records, revision dated January 31, 2020.

(2) The material relating to program scope and objectives for Disclosure of Official Information, Personnel Records, previously contained in IRM 11.3.20.1, is incorporated into the new IRM 10.5.6.1, Privacy and Information Protection, Privacy Act, Program Scope and Objectives, revision dated January 31, 2020.

Effect on Other Documents

This obsoletes IRM 11.3.20 dated August 21, 2018.
