Purpose

(1) This obsoletes IRM 11.55.1, W&I Internet Content Publishing Process (ICPP) Management Document.

Material Changes

(1) The material in IRM 11.5.1 is obsolete due to structural realignment and because the Service no longer uses the Content Management System referenced by the document.

Effect on Other Documents

IRM 11.55.1, W&I Internet Content Publishing Process (ICPP) Management Document, dated 01-30-2009 is obsolete as of the date of this transmittal.
