Jackel is a tax expert with over 40 years of practical experience that includes time at the Big Four, national law firms, and most recently, special counsel to the IRS Chief Counsel. He currently serves as the Graduate Tax Program Scholar in Residence at the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Wright is the director of the State and Local Tax Program at Golden Gate University School of Taxation in San Francisco. She has a private tax practice in representation and small business tax planning and consulting. Wright has been elected to the board of trustees for the California CPA Education Foundation and the executive advisory board for the Franchise Tax Board. Most recently, she was appointed to the California Board of Accounting.
Name recognition comes with being an author for such a widely distributed and read journal as Tax Notes.
- Bruce Zagaris
Zagaris has worked in tax controversy matters, including representing many governments, international organizations, entities, and individuals for decades. He regularly appears as an expert witness in international tax, financial regulatory, and money laundering cases. Zagaris has authored and edited six books and serves as an adjunct professor at several law schools in and outside the United States. He is currently a partner at Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe LLP in Washington.
