Purpose

(1) This transmits obsolete IRM 4.8.3, Technical Services, Examination Quality Measurement Staff (EQMS). SB/SE examination quality is now aligned within the Office of Exam Quality and Technical Support (EQ&TS). On 6-8-2017 ownership of this IRM was formally transferred to EQ&TS from Exam Technical Services. New IRM 4.2.8, Guidelines for SB/SE National Quality Review incorporates all relevant procedural guidance from IRM 4.8.3.
