The indication of the internal revenue region (or district in the case of permits issued prior to the establishment of regions) may be omitted from the number of the basic permit issued pursuant to be Federal Alcohol Administration Act as marked on the Government side of cases of distilled spirits in instances where the location of the rectifying plant is shown on the case as part of the marks required by section 190.798 of Regulations 15.
