Rev. Rul. 63-110

`Antifoam C' may be used, within the general limitations of section 240.524 of the Wine Regulations, as a defoaming agent in the production of wine, provided the silicone content in the wine does not exceed 10 parts per million.

Winemakers desiring to use this product as a defoaming agent in the production of wine may obtain approval of Assistant Regional Commissioners, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax, by filing a notice pursuant to the provisions of section 240.1052 of the regulations.
