Rev. Rul. 54-419

The amount of wine used in `Rye Liqueur' and `Bourbon Liqueur,' the standards of identity for which are prescribed in section 21, class 6(e), of Regulations No. 5, and in `Rock and Rye,' the standard of identity for which is prescribed in section 21, class 6(f), of Regulations No. 5, must be within the 2 1/2 per cent limitation provided in section 22 of such regulations for harmless coloring, blending, and flavoring ingredients.
