Ohio Supreme Court Says Cleveland's Nonresident Professional Athlete Income Tax Violates Due Process

The Ohio Supreme Court held that the city of Cleveland's income tax assessments on a professional athlete's income based on games played in the city violated the due process clause because the games-played allocation method does not accurately reflect the percentage of work done in the city by an athlete and reaches income not earned in the city.
