He evaluates news stories for publication, offers editorial guidance, sets coverage priorities, and leads a global team of reporters, editors, and lawyers. He previously served as a legal reporter for the publication, covering transfer pricing. He is committed to providing in-depth coverage on a variety of international tax topics, such as treaties, transfer pricing, and international tax reform efforts at the OECD and European Union. He also hosts Tax Notes Talk, a weekly podcast on federal, state, and international tax issues. David has served on panels to discuss international tax reform and related U.S. developments and has appeared on C-SPAN. He has a BA in political science from Villanova University and a JD from American University’s Washington College of Law.
