Annette Nellen is a professor at San José State University and director of the graduate tax program. She is the past chair of the American Institute of CPAs Tax Executive Committee and an active member of the taxation sections of the AICPA, American Bar Association, and California Lawyers Association. She is a co-editor and coauthor of the four South-Western Federal Taxation textbooks published by Cengage.
