Rochelle Hodes is a principal in Washington National Tax at Crowe LLP. Prior to joining Crowe, she was Associate Tax Legislative Counsel in the Office of Tax Policy at the U.S. Treasury Department where she worked on a variety of matters, including the centralized partnership audit regime enacted by the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2015 (BBA). Rochelle is a Treatise Contributing Author with Saltzman and Book, IRS Practice and Procedure, who, among other things, co-wrote Chapter 8A detailing the procedures relating to partnership audits under the BBA.
