Samantha Galvin is a clinical professor of law and the director of the federal tax clinic at Loyola University Chicago. She is an expert in tax controversy resolution for low-income taxpayers and teaches and supervises law students as they represent taxpayers before the IRS. Before joining Loyola, Galvin taught and directed the LITC at the University of Denver. She also taught courses on individual income tax and tax research and writing. She was a summer clerk for the U.S. Tax Court in 2012. She earned her JD and LLM in taxation at the University of Denver.
